At our rental service, we believe that comfort and quality should never be compromised. That's why we exclusively offer high-quality Tommy Bahama chairs for our customers. Unlike cheap, flimsy chairs that can easily break or cause discomfort, our chairs are sturdy, durable, and comfortable. In addition, an iced-down cooler is also included in our package.

  • What areas does Palmetto Beach Rentals serve?
    We serve Georgetown County beaches! Primary service areas are North Litchfield, South Litchfield, Litchfield by the Sea, Pawleys Island, and DeBordieu!
  • Can I rent the tent for more than 7 consecutive days?
    Yes you can, simply contact Cole Williams at (864) 313-8647!
  • How do I know which tent is mine?
    Your tent will have a nametag with your last name on the corner at the specified spot!
  • When will my tent be setup and taken down?
    Setup is guaranteed by 10am, although it is likely your tent will be setup before that and takedown starts at 5pm, dependent on the weather.
  • Should I tip the crew that puts out the tent?
    Yes! Tips are highly appreciated! Our team consists of high school and college students working hard in storms and extreme heat to make your vacation as effortless as possible. Tips are divided between the crew members who set up your tent!
  • What happens when there is bad weather?
    During Southern summers, weather can be quite unpredictable. We strive to have your tent available from 10 am to 5 pm daily. However, occasional weather events may lead to early pickups or interruptions in service. We constantly monitor weather conditions day and night, using multiple sources of information to make informed decisions. Our primary concern is the safety of our customers and staff, as well as the protection of our equipment, ensuring you have a beach tent throughout your stay.
  • Are there any conditions under which service would be cancelled for the day?
    All of our 6 day rentals are priced at an extreme discount to allow for irregularities in weather, rentals of 6 days include 2 weather days, if service is interrupted for more than two days then reach out to us regarded potential refunds! If there is significant inclement weather, services may be suspended for safety reasons. You will be promptly notified in such cases. If there are strong thunderstorms forecasted for the duration of the day service may be completely cancelled.
  • If service is cancelled due to weather is there a refund?
    Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather. In the event of severe winds or other inclement conditions, the tent frame will still be set up to reserve your spot on the beach or service will be completely canceled for the Day. However, we regret that refunds cannot be provided under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
